What a lovely pan to use. Works great on my new induction range. Clean up is a breeze. The handle is not attached upon receipt. This company provides a very nice phillips screwdriver to use when inserting the screw into the handle and then into the pan. I have the 10" and 8" version of these pans. I have not put the pan or lid into the dishwasher.

One problem we’ve encounter with the glass cooktop is any warpage of the bottom of a pan makes it spin around too easily and cook unevenly. This sits flat! It cooks well , doesn’t stick and is easy to clean. A glass top you can see through that fits well…. What more can you want? How about wooden handle that doesn’t get hot? We’ve had it for nearly a year and still going strong.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I don’t know what people are talking about, this has to be the BEST non-stick pan I’ve ever used. Well made, great price, and probably the best pan I’ve used for all dishes. I own many other “non-stick” or stainless steel pans, and this stands in a class above the rest. A little bit of oil goes a long way and I’ve never had anything stick to it. I’ve made eggs, to steaks, and they all came out perfect. Buy it yesterday and enjoy.

I was looking for a good non-toxic, non-stick pan and I went w this pan. I loved it so much I bought a 2nd one. You barely need any oil at all. My eggs and veggies etc just glide w ease. The pan is little heavy but very sturdy. I highly recommend. You'll never want to use your old pans again!

So far, I really like this pan. I liked that it was a neutral color. I liked the size of it. And I liked that it came with a lid. I also read in another review that it came with a screwdriver to put on the handle. That seems like a nice perk. I was looking for a ceramic pan that did not have a bunch of toxic chemicals. I was a little concerned that it would be too heavy or that I would not like the handle because it was a different shape from the previous pan I was using, but I actually really like it and it is very lightweight and easy to hold. It was also very easy to put together with the screwdriver. It also cooks my cabbage just how I like it. Cabbage still sticks to the pan, and I do cook with extra-virgin olive oil, but I suppose that is to be expected. The only downside is that the color has tiny little flecks all over it, so I suppose it could be hard to tell if the pan is clean and if it’s food, or if it is just the design of the pan. So just be sure to wash the pan well!The reason for 4 stars is I just discovered that the metal on the lid is coming off as dark stuff when I wipe it with a paper towel. I’m not sure what the material is, but this is concerning.

This is the pan you’re looking for!!! I needed a small pan to cook scrambled eggs for me and the kids. The pans I would use left the film from the eggs that would take forever to get clean. No soaking or scrubbing helped. I’ve even thrown away one because I couldn’t get it off. UNTIL I BOUGHT THIS ONE!!! Everything comes off. It cooks evenly, it’s nonstick - so nothing stays behind! I highly recommend!

Just bought this two months ago but I've bought other pots from this maker and they faired well. With this one, so far I love it, perfect size for cooking large one pot meals or sauteing veggies and it comes with a top, not many skillets do.

This entire line of product is so very, very good. We now have pans and kettles of available sizes and find it a bit difficult to know why it is priced as low as it is; thank you Amazon
