I purchased this tap extractor and never used as the tap I want to pull came off with out having to use this tool so never opened the package.Last week I had a stuck tap and opened this extractor tool package all excited and it broke on my first try to remove the handle on a bathroom mixer tap very cheap cast iron metal on the cross section not sure why the manufacture would use steel on all other pieces and cast iron on the cross section. my advice stick to the old way two screw drivers and WD-40 and slowly lever it off.Don't buy this brand say your money or donate to a good charity.
