I started biting my nails at 14 - I'm 33. I go through phases when I lean in to biting for anxiety that last about a month or two (not great, but everything in moderation right?!) and the MOMENT I get over it I order a new one of these. It stops my biting IMMEDIATELY. It's an amazing reminder. Be weary though, don't chop veggies or cook with your bare hands after using this as it can affect the taste of food. It's not bad for you if you ingest, but it just tastes like garbage. I'm forever loyal to this brand and highly recommend to my friends for it's convenience, ease of use and the fact that it actually works wonders.

Where do I start, I bought this for my husband to break his nail biting habit. I tried it out to see if it really was as awful as the reviews say and let me tell you- I never dry heaved so hard in my life. It was vile, and once you had the tiniest amount on your tongue, your whole mouth fills with the potent formula. I tried everything to get the taste out- drinking and swishing water, brushing my teeth, mouthwash. The only successful deterrent was chewing LOTS of gum and even then the taste still lingered. So far so good for my husband, he has been doing so well with it (I have to sometimes coerce him into letting me putting it on him). The downfall with this product, is that it leaks sometimes without you knowing. I made that mistake when I put too much on his fingers and rubbed my lips after- what a mistake!!! But overall it works great. Wouldn’t recommend putting it on more than once a day as it stays on your nails/skin for quite some time! Not for children (I am tough and that stuff almost gutted me)!

I'm 27 and have been battling with nail biting all my life. I've tried 2 products around age 16 but found I'd still bit the nail so long as my tongue didn't make contact. Another earlier last year that was more of a very bitter nail polish. It was okay, except annoying to apply, it left the nail sticky and would sometimes get bits of fabric sticking to it and eventually over a few months, I found the bottle dried out. I can say that with product, my nails are the longest/healthiest they've ever been. Its simple to apply, has an awful taste (a good thing), has no scent and finger tips/nails feel completely ordinary once applied and dried. Only negative is trying to apply it afterward preparing food for others, which is an issue with every product of this kind. 10/10 - This is the product that works!!
