I needed to repair stripped castle nuts on the firewall of my 65 Ford truck after considering options the tool was recommended and I found it easy to use; instructions are helpful, similar the standard rivet gun. Very pleased with my purchase, repair came out as if new.

I've used this several times now to put SS nut certs in thin aluminum and steel. I cant believe I haven't had one of these before. having a really sturdy threaded insert is so much better than trying to thread into thin steel or weak aluminum. Getting it all set up for different sizes takes a bit of work but no more than any tool of its type. I am really happy with the price/quality of this tool.Update: The other day I was using this tool with the 10-24 mandrel. I exerted a bit too much force and the mandrel broke. I wasn’t exactly sure how to go about getting a new mandrel so I reached out to the company through Amazon. I was amazed that they replied to me the same day, on a weekend. I was also impressed that not only did they provide me with the information I needed to get a new mandrel, they also offered to pay for it under warranty. I really wasn’t expecting warranty coverage but I’m very impressed they supported their product.

I was barely able to squeeze the single-hand insert tool that I got initially. This one is easy to use, but you have to be careful to keep it perfectly aligned with the insert when using it. If you tip it you can bend the mandrel, which will then break during subsequent use.

I liked that it was delivered right away and was just like the ad. So far it has worked good and seems to be of good quality.
