I got this for my niece and nephew who are currently learning how to identify their emotions. This works wonders for them. There are words that they don't understand, but after looking them up once or twice they are now able to incorporate those feelings into their everyday life. Anytime they start getting overwhelmed they go over the the wheel to try and identify what it is they are feeling. This allows them to move past the issue quicker and come up with a solution faster. Highly recommend for identifying and learning emotions.

I Loved mine so much. I like how it starts in the middle with primary feelings and expands into the wider circle with more descriptive expressions we don't often use. I got it for my work in the SUD recovery field. It's often hard to find words that express how we feel. this circle is helpful for finding your words !!! Love it. Mine was stolen at work. I'll prefer another one. I'm going to nail it to the wall - (stud) and make it fun..spin the wheel to find your words to express how your feel !

This feelings wheel is nice because nuances of feelings are identified in groupings and colors. Helps clients identify feelings that have a difficult time labeling them on their own.

This metal wheel is rough and sharp. Have to keep it on the plastic package to use.

This did not have edges with holes and a string. The metal isn't flat as shown there is a grove all the way around, there are two holes right through the words "enraged" & "courageous" on opposite sides for hanging. Was disappointed. My son was annoyed that there is no "annoyed" but I think that's pretty standard for this particular wheel, a therapist we know has the same wheel supplied by a different company and "annoyed" isn't on that one either. Anyway disappointed it IS NOT AS SHOWN and that the holes go directly through the design

It is amazing what you don’t know about yourself until you use this wheel. Get out of your box and order one to break your habit. This should be hung in every classroom from Kindergarten on up. Teachers should be taught to use the wheel to teach the children.
