Q: What's the material of this sprinkler mat?

This splash pad is made of environment-friendly thickened PVC material without BPA, which is really thicker than normal sprinkler water toys.

Q: How to keep the water sprays all towards the inside like pictured?

Lift and turn the edges of the rim towards the middle. Adjusting the water pressure helps as well. The height increases with the pressure. When the water pressure exceeds the normal range, spray direction maybe some outside.

Q: Has anyone else's torn at a the seem around the rim? If so, how did you fix it? Asides from glue, I don't think there's a way to fix it.

Our tore not only at the seam, but also the octopus head itself. We patched them, which worked only a very short amount of time. We ended up returning this item.

Q: What mil thickness is the PVC material?

The hose hookup is standard size. That’s the only thing even close to PVC pipe. The plumbing that runs from the hose to the octopus is a soft hose material.
