Q: When I ordered this, the product sent was made by Fabrication Enterprises and was called ReliefPak HotSpot. Is the Chattanooga product still made?

Q: How do you store it when you're done

The manufacturer suggests you store it in the freezer. I have 4 different size pads and been using them for years. The freezer works. I got a crock pot to heat them up but a pot on the stove works. I would not suggest the microwave. Lasts forever.
