Is this 500 mg per tablet or 1000 mg per tablet? Says 1000 mg on the bottle then says take 2 which would mean they are lying and these are 500 mg tab.

Info on back of bottle says 2 =1 dose. Dose is 1000mg, SO 1 tablet must be 500mg
