I think there's cheaper tape out there, I've just finished doing 100% cavity shielding on a Jazz Bass.It's very easy to apply even for a novice guitar hacker like me, the adhesive is conductive as well so you can overlay on top of any foil you've put down around any corners and not got the entire profile right.It's very workable and very thin guage so your work doesn't look like a pigs ear after.Easily cut with scissors, use a new Stanley blade laid flat on the guitar body to easily shave any protusion out of the cavities.Got lots left over for my next bass, and maybe the next one after that.Mind your fingers though, you'll get little cuts. Guaranteed.

Purchased to earth pots together on my new scratchplate without cross wiring everything. Worked perfectly and looks kind of cool too!

Got this for shielding the cavity on a Hendrix Strat (made in Mexico) to reduce the single coil hum - but remembered reading about copper strips also used as a slug repellent - buggers where coming in from the garden conservatory door into the living room- lined the doorstep and a couple of strips on the carpet and waited ,, following morning was a couple of slime trails on the carpet and what looked like green burn marks on the copper stripe - definitely working then !! , laid out more strips along the bottom door frame and another strip on the first installation - 5 days now and no more slime trails !!! , hopefully this should last until the spring as this generally happens around autumn/winter ...

It was a choice this year of abandoning my well chewed potted plants or finding a solution. I found one! From just a stalk to new sprouting leaves in only a few days, and no repeated munching! Much cheaper than replacing all my plants too.

I bought this to shield routes on a guitar i put it in the routes i then tested it with a multimeter and can confirm the adhesive is conductive no dead spots this stuff is much better than conductive paint which is messy and takes multiple layers to get a good shielding there is probably enough on the roll to do a few instruments definitely a 5 star rating product

Never bought this product before. Have used it this spring on my garden tubs and am really pleased. No sign of those slimy creatures in the lettuce.

This is a heavy duty Copper Tape that I used to shield a Monoprice Indio Classic Tele guitar. Be careful because the edges are sharp and my fingers took a beating leaving thin cuts. The end result looks great and I still have enough for another project or two.

Estuve a punto de no comprarla, por algunos comentarios, pero es una excelente opción económica (gran calidad-precio), con excelente adherencia y conductividad. La use para blindar una guitarra Ibanez, y quedo muy bien. Se adhirió incluso en las cavidades con mal acabado (pintura) y no fue necesario usar soldadura en ninguna unión, por lo que es funcional para blindar cualquier aparato electrico.

I have a six foot square raised bed on which I grow vegetables. Last year I had a huge problem with slugs so I did some research online and discovered copper tape. It was super easy to apply and stuck well to the aged wood. I removed about six slugs throughout the summer, a huge improvement. I bought the big roll in case I needed to add a second strip, but I didn't. Also, I realize I may need to reapply the tape in the spring depending how it fares through the winter. This roll was the most economical. Overall, I am very pleased with the copper tape.

I used this copper tape to shield the body cavity (that sounds bad) of a Stratocaster electric guitar. The annoying single coil humming sound is almost gone! I have enough in this one tape roll for at least four guitars (probably more if I didn't cover so much). I'm even using it for other electronic projects. I will order more when needed.
