Amazing and quick acting! I sidnt believe it until I sprayed it directly on my achy joints right after cycling on how fast it made the pain go away.Additionally sprayinf on my feet and legs help me rest better at night when I go to sleep.If you are active during the day, this is a must!Slightly slippery after applying on the skin, but absorbs quickly and no other lasting residue.

I've never tried anything else similar so I can's compare to other products, but I was having leg and foot cramps at night. It's not a fun way to way up! Did a bit of research on the causes and possible remedies and chose to try this for the first time. It's hard to judge actual effectiveness if applied before bed because my cramps were so random. Weeks or months may go by without any, then once or twice in a single week. When I did apply before bed I suffered no cramps. I have used it after waking up from a cramp and applying. It took only a few minutes and the muscles relaxed and I was able to sleep the rest of the night without issues. My opinion is it works. I imagine it may depend on the cause of the cramps to begin with so you experience may differ, but I'd buy again.

I got this to help with sleep. I’m already taking a nightly cocktail of melatonin, magnesium, benadryl and valerian root tea to help me sleep but even with that sometimes its still hard to fall/stay asleep so I’m always looking for things that might help me. I was pretty skeptical but it does work! I spray about 5-7 spritzes on my feet, rub them together to spread the magnesium oil around, wait for it to dry, then follow it up with a layer of Cerave Healing Ointment. I don’t know why this is called oil, there is nothing oily about it. I was using it without the Cerave and my feet got so dry that my heels looked ashy. So definitely moisturize if you’re going to use it.

I was told about this project from a friend so I was willing to try anything as my pain and joints were keeping me awake. It has helped soooo much! My joints move so much better and has relieved some of the pain!! Great product!!

The magnesium oil spray keeps my legs from cramping. It is very awkward to use a spray bottle on the calves of your legs, so I just spray it into my hand, rub it on my calves and wash my hands. Very quick and easy.

Game changer for sleep!!!! I sprayed this on my feet and behind my neck before going to bed and didn't really believe that it would work. I am a terrible sleeper and always toss and turn for hours and often wake up with horrendous leg cramps. The very first night trying this, I slept better than I ever remember!!! I don't even remember falling asleep!!! And it's been like that every night since!!!! I take sleeping pills and have tried EVERYTHING else and nothing else has worked!!!! Oh my gosh. Well I'm just trying the magnesium spray for the first time and I took magnesium supplements last night because I have severe leg pain that just puts me in tears. This morning after taking a shower I sprayed it on first on my legs and then went to put a cream on oh my gosh what a mess! Now when I used my hemp lotion that was fine. So obviously there's something in this product that will not agree with any cream especially a cheaper cream. It was a lavender cream but all it just rolled and made a mess on my skin and everywhere. So don't use a cream with this. Use your lotions or cream first and then spray the Sun but I don't know how that will turn out either.So I've tried this product and it is extremely drying my hands out! Unbelievable. Because when you spray it on you want to kind of rub it in you don't want to just spray and leave it. So it's incredibly drying to your skin I can't put on any lotion when using this because it just won't work it won't go on. So I'm not really thrilled about the product not really so I would really like to return it and just do magnesium supplements.

Really surprised how well this stuff works. First night trying it I had no cramps at all in legs. 2nd night, same story. Decided to skip a night to see what would happen and woke straight up with leg cramps. I will not be missing anymore nights using this stuff. It is very light and absorbs quickly. I did not feel the tingling others have mentioned in their reviews but my son tried it and said it felt like his leg went to sleep (only lasted a few min). I also bought some for my mom to try as she has the same problem with leg cramps in middle of night. Definitely worth the money and a little goes a long way. Bottle will last for several months.
