We have LOVED this trampoline, but I am most impressed with customer service!! Our net had ripped clear in half and I reached out to them about a replacement and they were super responsive and quick to get a new one shipped out for us! So helpful!

The media could not be loaded. My boys love it! I got this as a Mother's Day present to myself - hours of energy burning 😂 and it has done the trick! The weight capacity seems extremely high, and I can jump with them, or a couple of their friends, and the only thing that stops us from adding more is people crashing into each other. We got the 14', and it was very easy to assemble with clear instructions. It's made it through several very big storms and didn't budge. We have not gone through a winter yet, but I don't anticipate any problems from what I've seen. The zipper is still in tact and we use it almost daily (we always have them buckle the bottom buckle when it's zipped to prevent tension). I was nervous buying a trampoline because you see so many bad reviews on all of them but this one has been phenomenal.

We purchased this trampoline for Christmas 2023. I was able to put it together in a few hours without any issues. My whole family enjoys it, and it is well-made and very sturdy! We're very happy we purchased the 16ft because many kids can enjoy it at once. Customer service was great when I needed to acquire a replacement part. They sent it to me quickly without any hassle. I'd highly recommend it!

It's good, just pay attention to what direction you put the side bars on as the top pieces have a slot where the net sides in. It can be put on backwards and be a pain. Same with basketball hoop. Kid loves it though.

Product work good until it got windy and the basketball backboard got used by the win and it bent one of the poles. Now I'm trying to figure out what size holes I need to buy to replace since they are different. The seller contacted me to find out the pay that needed replacement and is working on getting me a replacement

I received this on March 18th, all the poles have snapped off and it's April 8th. Poor quality, it's flimsy, dont speed your money on this trampoline, buy something that is more dependable for your children.I have 4 children and the trampoline did not last.

About the product: high quality, love it! We purchased the 14’ trampoline and my husband and I assembled it. Well, husband 90%, me 10%. The hardest part was attaching the springs, but we managed to get them all connected. (I strongly suggest that you watch a YouTube video before attempting this. The video was very helpful, as the directions that come with the trampoline are a little hard to process. The kids are coming on the 4th of July, and I know they will love this trampoline.Secondly, and equally important, is the customer service. We had a problem where one canopy pin was broken, so we couldn’t assemble the last pole. I immediately wrote to Amazon customer service and they forwarded my email to the seller (Cityle). They said that the seller should answer in about 3 days. Well, they answered the very next day and offered a solution which worked for both of us. Customer service and addressing problems, along with offering a solution, is most important to me.I would gladly order from this seller again, based on quick delivery, quality of the product, and excellent customer service!Thank you, Cityle!

We purchased this two years ago and it’s still going strong! Would definitely recommend buying this trampoline!
