sticky wicket...
I've owned this opener before so I know how it's supposed to work and loved my previous one. This particular one's ratchet is sticky, I've dabbed with sewing machine oil in hopes of having it free up, but after a week plus, it still sticks...

Quality and easy to use
I break cork screws a lot. I was gifted one of these and have never broken it in 20 yrs. I but another to gift a friend.
