Handle broke in half after a few uses. Called customer support but the one-year warranty period expired.Here is the customer support number if you have already purchased this and are experiencing issues:Taymor Industries Inc.Customer Service at: 1-800-388-9887.The reason the handle could break in half is because the plunger handle is not one long piece of steel but 2 pieces poorly welded together. I have no idea why they designed it this way.1-star is the lowest rating you can give an Amazon item so the reason I still give this 2-stars is because it is the most stylish plunger I have seen for a decent price and even with the handle at half length is still somewhat usable though I wear disposable gloves just in case.In the end I am keeping it in the bathroom and with the lid on it doesn't look too bad. Kind of like a stainless steel cylindrical capsule sitting in the corner of my bathroom waiting to be used.If you really want a stylish stainless steel plunger w/ container then you can give this item a shot and hope the handle doesn't break. Even if the handle does break it is still usable.Thanks for reading my review!

To the delight of our house guests, I have these placed in all of our bathrooms. No one wants to ask for a plunger and I certainly prefer to never know if one is needed. With this attractive option, everyone wins. Not only is this a discreet plunger, it is also easy to use and effective. Some plungers are too stiff to get the job done but not this item. It works well and does a great job of containing any mess. This is a quality product. I recommend.

I got tired of seeing the old toilet plunger sitting in the bathroom wrapped in a plastic bag and decided to replace it with this. I also replaced the toilet bowl brush with a chromed container and did this in each of our 4 bathrooms. I did not put a plunger in the half toilet. The bathrooms look much nicer. I think the cost for all 4 bathrooms came in at a little less than $160. If you are tired of seeing the old wooden handled toilet bowl plunger sitting beside your commode, get one (or 2 or 3 or 4).

What can I say it's a good plunger and it looks real sturdy. Works good on sinks and toilets if you need to unclog the sink. Hides well in a nice bronze canister, so you can't even tell it's there. It has small holes in the top for it to breath it you use it so it won't smell from previous uses. I would recommend this item

The description says it's "Stainless Steel", but it's shiny chrome so it dosen't match the other items I purchased that really are a stainless steel finished. Plus, it feels cheap. Not worth the cost of returning, so we'll just place it where it's not easily seen.

The family plunger often resides hidden in the garage or an out of the way place. I was so surprised and please to find this item. It works very well, and then slips discreetly into the holder...ready for the next emergency! My grandchildren tend to use a great deal of bathroom tissue when they visit, and I am able to handle it easily without dashing out to the garage. Don't know how I lived without it...

Have had for quite awhile and still looks great

Beautiful addition to my remodeled bathroom. There's not a lot to say about a toilet bowl cleaner, but this one is absolutely lovely and that's a lot to say about a toilet cleaner. LOL

Unfortunately item came well packaged and was exactly what I wanted it but it had several dints in it.
