Simple gate latch, but get a better pull string
Pretty simple one person job to install the latch and it is working well over the last couple of months. The supplied pull string is really bad and disintegrated after about 5 weeks from what I think was simple sun exposure. Get a new pull cord for this right away unless you want to find yourself on the wrong side of a locked gate.
