I bought these bags to capture snakes and move them safely to a better location. The bags are 28" x 36"; if you know the dimensions of the hamper, subtract 1-2 inches for the frame (width/length of the top opening and height) of the hamper itself and that might give you a reasonable idea of whether the bag will fit or not.
