Dreams are very pleasant but not lucid yet UPDATED and UPDATED AGAIN
I've been experimenting with this product and it has yet to lead to a lucid dream for me but I'm not complaining. I don't take these when I go to bed. I take these after sleeping for a few hours if I wake up in the middle of the night. Sometimes I'll take melatonin with them to help me get back to sleep. A dose of one pill did nothing for me. Two pills led to dreams that were emotionally intense, pleasing and gratifying. I'd hear amazing music or meet great people and feel a deep connection to them. I tried three pills once and had a very intense and not too pleasant dream but it wasn't a nightmare. It was a false awakening. It was very realistic. I was in my bedroom and my furniture had been rearranged. It was upsetting and confusing. Had I been better prepared, I think I would have been able to turn this into a lucid dream. For me the effects of the pills last for at least one additional night and sometimes two. I also found that I seem to build up a resistance so if I take them more than once a week, I don't get much of anything from them. Once a week is the most I take them. UPDATE: I finally had a lucid dream using this product. I woke up after 2 hours of sleep, took three pills and fell back asleep a few minutes later. My lucid dream that resulted lasted longer than lucid dreams usually do in my experience. But the quality of the dream was different from a totally naturally derived lucid dream. I felt I was sort of a guest in this dream world that was not of my own making. I was a stranger in a stranger's land. The dream lasted long enough that I had the chance to try to use it to get some answers to personal questions. But when I did that, I was attacked. Even though I was able to outrun whoever was attacking me, I felt a pain like someone was pinching me that wouldn't go away so I had to force myself to wake up to escape it. In naturally induced lucid dreams, interacting with the other dream characters is normal and rewarding but not in this dream. Naturally induced lucid dreams also have been more pleasant than this one was. I still have a few more capsules left so I'll experiment some more. Maybe I'll have a better experience if I can get another lucid dream. UPDATE 7-15-19: After not using this at all for a couple years because of the above bad experience, I decided to try it again. I went to bed around 11:30 and woke up a little over an hour later because I was hungry. I took 2 capsules hoping for pleasant but not lucid dreams. I tossed and turned for a few hours before falling back asleep. Almost as soon as I started dreaming, I realized I was dreaming. No effort. No technique. I was LDing and it was pretty pleasant. And it lasted quite a long time. I got to do much of what I wanted to do in an LD without being attacked like before. I got to explore the dream terrain. At one point my physical nose started to itch and I was able to scratch it without waking up or losing lucidity (unless I was just dreaming about my itchy nose). The dream lasted quite a long time and I had no problem maintaining lucidity throughout. Changed my rating to 5 stars.

ABSOLUTELY WORKS.
This absolutely works! I’m a seasoned lucid dreamer however so that helps. Two weeks ago I took 2 caps with the wake back to bed (“WILD”) method and had the most powerful, clear and solid lucid dream I’ve ever had in my life… and I’ve been lucid dreaming for 30 years. I met up with another lucid dreamer and remarked on how stunningly real it was! Truly Incredible. Anyways, big fan of this company’s supplement 👍🏼👍🏼

They make your dreams VERY vivid.
They haven’t made me fully lucid yet, but they definitely work. Been using them for 4 days now, and my dreams are becoming A LOT more vivid and feel more real than ever before. So real in fact, that I actually feel like I’m not even dreaming during them. (which is why I haven’t really became lucid yet, but I’m sure you’d have to use them for a week or two before you become lucid with these) Significantly less foggy than before. A bit expensive though. I haven’t noticed any bad side effects, and my energy levels are unaffected.

Great product, works exactly as advertised but results vary based on how you use it.
As an avid "psychonaut", I was eager to give Lucidimine a try. I have found that it works quite wonderfully but it takes considerable experimentation to get right. I suspect the average person might pop a couple of these, have a bad night's rest and then throw away the bottle. That would be a shame. Here is what I have found works great for me. Optimal dose: What they don't tell you: if you take too much, you can't sleep. If you take too little, it has no effect. So you have to dial it in just right. I made the mistake of popping two of these on the first night. Despite what you may read on the Internet, that is a lot and is completely unnecessary. And it really sucks to stare at the ceiling for five hours straight with no hope of sleep. I am a 205lb male and I have found that 2/3 of a capsule gives ideal results. This means that I have to open the capsules, pour in a bit in water and save the remaining 1/3. On the third night, take the two remaining partially filled capsules. Optimal timing: Wake up after 5-6 hours of sleep. I found 2:30-3:30am works great. I have found that Lucidimine isn't that effective until after you get your base REM sleep in. Don't use these two nights in a row. I find that 2x a week is ideal. If you are too tired, you have to catch up on REM sleep before it will work so once every few days is about as fast as you can go. Other: It might work by itself, but it works even better with subconscious suggestion. Use affirmations and read a lot about lucid dreaming or OBEs, especially right before bed. I have found that getting up for about 20 minutes and then popping these seems to be ideal. I've tried qi gong and reading but these didn't seem to make much of a difference. Caffeine during the day doesn't seem to make much difference as long as its a small amount and not too late. Any alcohol whatsoever prevents these from working (at least for me). In summary, this is a great product. You may find it a simple curiousity or it can radically change your life. But that is completely up to you.

don’t get it
It’s not FDA approved and bad for you, it’s not nutritious. Not worth the money. i had more vivid dreams, sometimes lucid dreams. But they are were nightmares. I don’t recommend if you have ptsd. side affects: loss of sex drive and morning sickness

Worked at first, but stopped after a while
Maybe it's just my brain/metabolism. The first couple of times it definitely did something to my dreams where they were more intense and vivid (but only with two pills, one did nothing at all), and after that it stopped having effect. I didn't abuse it either, I just used it once a week for a few weeks.
