Do not buy it at all.
Extremely bad quality, never dissolves. It stays as a paste. This is a reason not possible to return. You bought and got scammed.

Is it supposed to remain insoluble in water?
I don’t understand why it doesn’t dissolve at all in water…weird

Best way I found to take
I found this impossible to drink in water, even warm. It doesn’t dissolve at all and the last sip will leave you with a mouth full of “grit”. So I took a spoon full of grass fed plain whole yogurt (no sugar), poured the mag on top and took the spoonful. It tasted just like cheesecake with gram cracker crust! I kid you not! Felt like a treat! Weird but true. Now I don’t mind it at all and I can take it in one spoonful.

Excelente producto y más por su precio. Hay que tener cuidado con las cantidades ya que es laxante y puede irritarte si padeces de colitis o colon irritable. El polvo no se diluye en el agua pero no incomoda y se puede tomar sin problemas

No flavor, and there is a scoop
I found that there was really no flavor to this, which is what I like. It didn't dissolve totally for me in room temperature water, so I did have a little grittiness in my mouth after drinking it. There is a scoop in there, but you might want to use a teaspoon to search for it. It's very tiny and buried in the powder.
