This bentonite clay is a staple in my detox routine. I’ve tried pricier options, but this one holds its own—clean, effective, and affordable. I use it regularly for binding toxins during heavy metal chelation protocols, and it consistently helps with gut clarity and energy. I’ve had some bathroom issues and this helps to tame the beast. I will take 1-3 depending on the severity. It’s best to take prior to eating but I’m no doctor.
