I recently bought this product. After one use it became discolored in spots. I don’t think this should happen?

It happened to mine as well. It's gross and was worse after washing it

Yes, I think it would be great for large/wide people as well as thin people. It is lush and comfortable and really makes my bath MUCH more enjoyable.

What is the size of this bath pillow? Is the neck support 4" or larger? Im going to turn it upside down, use it as a wedge. (Not the full body one)

The size of the pillow is 14.9 Length 13.3 Width and 3.7 inches neck support.

how thick is the cushion?

About 2 1/2 inches. Very cushy and comfortable. Best one I ever found!
