Use it in hot beverages and blend with an immersion blender
I donât usually review products but felt compelled to share some positive feedback because this product is has been a life saver for me.I have some autoimmune issues and have been on the Autoimmune Anti Inflammatory Protocol (AIP) for the past 4 years. Iâve found workarounds for a lot of âtraditionalâ foods but protein was a challenge. Collagen protein only takes you so far.As another reviewer mentioned - itâs important to have the right expectations; while it doesnât taste like beef, it is definitely more hearty. Yes you can blend it in soups but I honestly think any hot drink application will suit this product very well. My personal favorite:1 scoop protein16oz hot water1 teaspoon matcha powder1 teaspoon thyme honeyA pinch of salt to round everything outBLEND WITH IMMERSION BLENDERFroths up really nice and tastes just like a matcha latte :)I also have had no issues with digestion/upset stomach and Iâm usually prone to those because of my autoimmune issues. If youâre on the fence please do give it a shot.

DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING AND INGREDIENTS !
I bought this product with the thought it had minimal additives and ingredients, and that it was beef protein , not whey .The taste wasn't too bad , but it definitely clumps up, doesn't mix well at all. I was even ok with them using Stevia as the sweetening agent, but after further investigation hidden in the Natural Flavors . They also add Sucralose. No where in their advertising or list of ingredients does it say this. Sucralose, a common artificial sweetener sold under the brand name Splenda, has been linked to a range of potential side effects.. These include altering glucose and insulin levels, increasing the risk of digestive problems, and potentially impacting gut health. Some studies also suggest a possible link between sucralose and an increased risk of certain cancers. Additionally, sucralose may reduce the effectiveness of some medications and can lead to increased appetite . Sucralose is Man-made, not Natural. Don't by this crap ! Buyer beware, I threw what I had left in the garbage!

Happy with it
Seems like great protein powder. Meat based. I notice I'm only motivated to use it when I'm exercising to the point of real muscle burn. My body seems to bring it into my mind at such moments. There is a slight taste of burned meat, but that sounds much worse than it really is. I use other items, they cover it, and if not, I add a bit of hot chocolate mix. I don't have the sense that bit of funny flavor is harmful. But you can decide for yourself.

Powerhalfhour
Good stuff. Taste good. No gut or gassy issues. Feel strong. One scoop every morning 30 min from waking. Foams a lot in shaker or hand mixer. So experiment with mixing techniques. đđ˝

Might not be suitable for people with diabetes
If you make a smoothie with fruit & less than a full portion, then you might actually enjoy this powder. However, one whole serving is way too sweet.I get sweet toothâs, I eat sweets without a problem. This is a different kind of sweetâŚI was visiting my grandmother (68 y/o) and I complained that the shake tasted way sweeter now that I used a full serving. My grandma, who is pre-diabetic, had a sip of this shake (one scoop of protein with half Kirkland skim milk half water) and she said that this was crazy sweet and should check my sugar levels if I consumed the entire glass and that I should warn others than this might be something to look out for or consider, even if you arenât diabetic. My grandmother has sweets in moderation and lives a normal life, is healthy weight, maintains good levels for a someone with her condition, so I wanted to write this review in case this helps someone tread lightly when starting or simply make them aware.

Cloying and hard to stomach
It blends fine, but the flavor and sweetness are so artificial and overwhelming, I gag. Total waste of money. Way too much stevia. I donât know why companies go overboard with sweeteners.

Outstanding product
I don't normally leave reviews, but I adore this product. This is mostly a review to address what I have read others don't like about this. Taste and consistency. Yes, it's a beef isolate. So it's true, it has a somewhat earthy undertone. Which I happen to love. But others may not. I also don't like things to be very sweet. And this is not sugary sweet. Flavorful, just not super sugary. Again, someone else may prefer it to be so. Also, like all beef isolates I have used, it coagulates quickly. So it's true, I have not had luck dissolving this in a shaker. But my little Ninja personal blender takes care of it quickly and easily. Again, I believe this is just the nature of beef isolates. It's been true of all of them I have used. I love beef protein. I am happy to accommodate this feature. Someone else may find that an issue. Overall, this product far exceeds all my expectations.
