However, I bought mine in March and it stopped working in December. Keep the glass pieces in the case or they will break.After the vendor saw my rating, they reached out to me immediately offering me a full refund - and then to my surprise they also offered to send me a new one free of charge.The customer service was top notch, and within a day or two I received the replacement. I highly recommend!

So this product was good at first. I definitely notice an improvement when I use it. But after a few month some of the pieces fell out of the silver part that connects the glass to the wand. It’s like the glue in the product didn’t last. Still I love this product bcuz I saw result with my acne but I’m sad that it fell apart after only a few months.

Bought this item and it seemed to be working great at first however it just stopped working today a during a service !!! I don’t recommend this item! I purchased it last year in July 2022and just quit on me!!UPDATE 3/13/23I received a replacement and additional equipment for my trouble!!! Customer Service is amazing!!!

I'm still experimenting with thevarious tools in the case. My skin and scalp feels stimulated after use so it does feel refreshed. I really love it. Any discoloring in the skin looks to be diminished the next day. I would recommend this product.
