I wouldnt recommend this product
I dislike this product, was a very cheap plastic and fell apart when taking it out of the shipping packaging,

Long live thumb throttle
It’s a dual cable brake lever with a high quality thumb throttle and the potential for a brake light. I don’t see anything about that, that isn’t worth the $15 I spent on this. I ended up not being able to install a 2nd brake, but it works just the same with one cable. With the thumb throttle, I can accurately control my motorized bicycle speed while grabbing handlebar grip instead of my actual throttle in case something happens, preventing me from applying throttle and making things worse in an accident or dodgy situation. It’s not as pleasing as a twist throttle, but it’s just safer. The brake light option does work if you’re getting this for an ATV or motorcycle, I cut the cables off because my taillight is a permanently flashing set of red.LED’s and I don’t have actual brake lights. I tested it on my ATV before cutting them off to check. All in all, it’s an incredibly high value item with exceptional build quality. Long live thumb throttle.

Good product for the money.
Excellent product for the price. Constructed of a light duty cast metal chassis; don't expect stainless or high carbon steel for under $100 dollars, this is what it is, it works, and it's a bargain. I can see how some customers have had issues if they attempt to mount this on a handlebar larger or smaller than 7/8" diameter; make sure you measure your mounting prior to order or installation. The light steel construction will not bend far without breaking, but once mounted on a 7/8" bar it stays fixed in place. Good for street use but may not take the beating of off-road use. I was very impressed with the care taken by the seller (or manufacturer) in packaging for shipping, "thing could'a shipped tothe moon without a scratch". I originally purchased this for a 80cc gas bicycle kit but ended up going a different direction with the project. If your looking at using it for a bike kit, you'll have to build a new throttle cable to match, otherwise it looks like a option.

Love it but needs modifications!
Installed this assembly on my motorized bike and the only issue at first was with the brake lock it wasn't pushing through all the way so I took it out and drilled out the chamber so the pin can slide fully witch worked great but on reinstalling the cap on top the little Phillip head screw snapped off so I redrilled and threaded for a M5 bolt other than that it was great. And for installing the cables for the brakes the lever has ball shaped locks so I reshaped the cable ends into a ball it works great, for the throttle I just rounded out the housing a little bit and it locked on good but it also could be threaded to screw in with a m10 tap.For the carburetor side im running a 324a pumper carb and it was very easy to setup but had to much slack so a used a nt carb cable adjuster (witch was not required with the factory twist throttle on my carb setup). If your using it on a nt/speed carb you will need a spacer to take up slack.

First item was broken
After receiving the item and installing it on my bicycle the throttle brake wouldn’t tighten down I thought it was do to the handle bars being small but I went down to someone’s house was going to try to fix it by putting a piece of metal in the handle grip area and found out the item was broken I ordered a replacement it came today and the throttle brake handle installed without a hitch tightened down easy and not metal shim since it is a bicycle I took out the brake wire maybe one day I will hook up a braking system on the bike but don’t have one the install was easy seems to work better then the broken item I don’t know what it could be they seem to be the same thing
