How do you fix this over the vent on an outside wall?

Wooden pegs pushed into two holes and wood screws to hold in place. I will take a photo of what I have done and post later

Hi, can you exact size of the mesh hole. I am looking at using as a replacement filter for my wood burner. My current mesh hole sizes are 1mm x 1mm

The holes in the mesh are about that size but it depends on the size of your wood burner and if you can "wire" a couple of sheets together to cover a larger area.

Am I correct in understanding that this is made from 1mm thick wire and the diameter of the aperture (holes) is 2mm?

The wire mesh sheet is 20 mesh (Wire diameter:0.4mm; Aperture:1mm; open Area:52%)

Good idea or not; nail over seedlings in high raised beds?

Small gaps in the sheets and there size would dictate how much they would cover. May need several sheets depending on the size of the beds. Sheets could be quite easily nailed / stapled to strapping to over larger areas. Not done it myself but could see the possibility of it being suitable.
