Easy to install. Tedious but simple. Went a lot quicker with my husband and I working as a team. Just make sure you follow directions and create even tension by working diagonally. My kids now have a fresh trampoline. We thought it was a goner thanks to mommy doing a front flip and my rear end landing in the previous tiny tear. This beats having to purchase a completely new system. It looks great and is extra bouncy and shiny.

We just put this mat up this past weekend and so far, it is everything described, and more. It appears to be very well made, and quality seems to more than meet expectations. Time, weather and use will be the true test of this product, however, first impressions are very good. We had a few questions and found that Customer Service was friendly, attentive and extremely helpful with set-up assistance. Overall, we would highly recommend this product. FYI: for those not prone to reading package directions. When installing replacement mat, DO NOT attempt to install in circular pattern. Think in terms of stretching pie or pizza dough. Hook starting with 12-6-3-9 and proceed accordingly. This makes for easier installation and proper fit. Just sayin'.

I purchased this new mat in February for my son's birthday. I had carefully looked for one that would fit our frame and was delighted that I did my figuring correctly and it fit perfectly. My son was so excited to have use of his trampoline again. He loves to jump and this mat worked great. The former mat had lasted many years. About a week ago (middle of April) my son reported to me that the almost new mat was developing tears in the middle. I am so frustrated that this brand new mat only made it two months! I saw that it had a 12 month warranty and was encouraged. However, I have texted the number given on the website as well as reached out through the chat feature and have received absolutely no response from the company. I thought I was purchasing from a reputable company and the mat had decent reviews with the negative ones mostly being that they did not fit their frame. At this point I cannot recommend this mat or this company. I cannot afford to replace the mat again so my son and grandchildren will again be without a trampoline.
