There isn't much to say, other than this is the best sweetener out there. I don't know why this doesn't have easier search results on Amazon, a bunch of other brands come up for sweeteners, even other xylitol ones and they're not even that good. Most are not birch and this is the best deal on birch xylitol, plus I really love they changed the granules from course, to fine. That was the only thing I wanted changed, it's much easier to use.So I've been using the product for at least a year, probably a year and half now, I go through one 5 lb bag in 2 1/2 months, so I've bought a ton of them and never had a problem. I use this to make my own tooth powder and I use it for making chocolate truffles, or anything which requires sugar.This stuff is just like sugar, doesn't have any weird taste and definitely recommend this over regular sugar.One pretty amazing thing I thing this product has done for me is my teeth. I've had some problems that started showing up with cavities and even an impacted molar that broke, I was in pain and scrambled to find what I can do at home and found a recipe for oral care and snatched this up. So for the time I've been using this product it took a while of regular use but I noticed my teeth getting better and I owe a huge thanks to this. The cavities have stopped growing, haven't been getting pain and now just waiting for some work to be done to fix the ones that are still there. It's taking a long time to get in for oral surgery, but my hygienist is amazed my molar isn't bothering, hasn't changed and I remember a remark that even the dark spots that should be soft, the enamel is really strong.

I have ordered this brand of Xylitol 3 times now can verify that it is a high quality. It has a pleasant taste. This Xylitol is in granules which I like the best. (Other products, per other reviews, are powdered and thus subject to easy clumping.) Being in granules it seems to me to add more sweetness as it dissolves into what ever it is added to. If one wants a powdered version I've read one can put some of this in a blender and after a few moments have powdered sugar consistency Xylitol.

This is a perfect alternative to sugar. It’s not quite as sweet but measures just like sugar. It contains 10 calories per teaspoon and leaves no aftertaste like artificial sweeteners do. A great option for anyone who wants to eliminate sugar from their diet.
