Strong and grippy - good for long hair.
My wife has a lot of hair, and she likes to blow dry it immediately after her shower. She has always had a hard time finding hair clips at the store that will hold her hair up as she is working with it (or last long enough so she isn't replacing them every few months). Her hairdresser was using these, and she was impressed. I snagged the name and ordered some for her. She finally has something that works well for her.
