IF your computer has BOTH a vga and a dvi video output then its a qualified "yes"...but it depends on the video card...you would have one monitor hooked up to the vga out and one to the dvi out using this adapter. I assume you dont have a monitor with dvi input to test first...If you have only one video output, there are usb-based multiple monitor devices you might want to check out as an option.

Assuming that the Lenovo docking station has a true DVI-D connector (look at the pin setup - the flat blade has no pins around it and the female receptor should have no corresponding holes either), you shouldn't have any problems.

Q: I want to make sure before i order. Are there 2 pins above and below the flat pin?

Negative. The DVI2VGAE from StarTech.com is an active DVI-D to VGA adapter. DVI-D has a long, flat pin without any pins above or below it. DVI-I, on the other hand, has a long, flat pin with 2 pins immediately above and below the flat pin. Note that DVI-I can be connected to VGA with a passive DVI-I to VGA adapter. If you need DVI-I to VGA, try the StarTech.com DVIVGAMF8IN or the StarTech.com DVIVGAMFBK. Both are available on Amazon.com. If you need DVI-D to VGA, the StarTech.com DVI2VGAE is a sensible solution.By the way, I have both the DVI2VGAE and the DVIVGAMFBK from StarTech.com but I don't have the DVIVGAMF8IN.
