Works but tastes very bad!
Does the job of giving you energy nothing crazy though, but tastes so bad I let my friend try it and he couldn't finish it from how bad It tastes

Go go juice
I've been using Total War for a few years and this is what I've noticed: for myself, the powder veraion has less side effects than the concentrated ready-to-drink liquid version. There is no tingling and jitters. I used one scoop with 13 punce water and can take it 10-15 minutes before staring my workout. The caffeine is sufficient for me when taken in the morning to keep me up throughout the day and let me easily sleep at night. Even after a hard workout, I can't take it in the afternoon/evening as it will disturb my sleep. Watermelon is my favorite flavor so far because it's refreshing and slightly sweet.

Rock solid and unusable
This is normally my favorite preworkout and flavor. When I opened up this jar to use for the first time, all the powder was rock hard and all clumped together. It is completely unusable. There was a freshness pack inside, but obviously didnt work. Because of the type of product, I can not get a replacement or a refund, which is very unfortunate that I am forced to pay for a product that I can not use. My advice is to not buy this product through amazon and instead buy it in store (if you can find it), so that you can at least return it if it is defective.

This is my favorite preworkout. I have tried most of the big brands and always come back to this.

Stop burying the scoop
Good pre workout but PLEASE STOP PUTTING THE SCOOP AT THE BOTTOM OF THE CONTAINER. I’ve never had any other brand that you have to make a mess digging for the scoop all the way at the bottom of the pre workout.
