Mine keeps falling off with the edges curling up, how do you get it the edges to stay in place, flush with the skin?

I watched my doctor dress my finger wound. The first layer would be triple-antibiotic ointment, then your Adaptic material. It should stick to the ointment and not curl. I then added folded up gauze to protect the finger, then stretchy tape around everything as a final barrier. I repeated this daily.

The package contains 3 sheets of non-adhering dressing. I only need on at a time. Can I still use the other two or once opened are they useless?

Yes you can still use the others. The sheets are individually wrapped. This looks like a box of 50. The sheets are are 3 inch by 3 inch size.

Can you clarify if the customer is getting 30 3"x 8" dressings total in a box or 90 3"x 8" dressings total in 30 packs in a box?

What is in the dressing. It does not say on the box other than special formulation. I like to know what I am putting on a wound.
