Love this shake!! Tastes really good - not too sweet. Low sugar & carb too. I have them for breakfast & it really gives you a feeling of fullness and satisfaction that lasts until lunch. I will buy these again.

This is the perfect way to start your day. The mocha shake is the best flavor of all of the Atkin’s shakes. It’s chocolaty with a smooth coffee mix. The texture isn’t chalky or watery and never has lumps. The boost of caffeine is just the right amount to wake you up without feeling jittery. The protein boost helps keep me full in the morning and pairs well with my preferred breakfast options. It also works well for a mid afternoon sweet treat. I started buying these in the multipacks on Amazon because it was much cheaper than buying them at Target or my local grocery store ($7.99 for a single 4/pack in store). It’s my safe food, so I hope they never change the formula.

I purchased these for my sister. She buys them every month like clock work. Great value for the money. Taste is amazing. Not to thick, digests very easy, just shake and open. Easy to open. Extremely healthy for you. For adults only.

Great way to start the day. They have a great flavor. Ironically I hate coffee but was looking for a little pep in a protein shake that wasn't crazy amounts of caffeine. These help me not want to snack as much. If I eat a real breakfast somehow I'm hungry again before lunch. Not with these.

I just make sure not to drink it too late since it has a bit of caffeine. Even after having open-heart surgery, the caffeine doesn’t bother me at all.

Love the taste of these, they are a great grab and go breakfast or lunch. I like them best super cold.
