Very Short. Barely fits average female head and will not fit most males.
I have had this exact same head strap before but this one is very short. I can barely get it to fit my head even being adjustable. I actually ordered this for my son and it will not fit his head at all. I ended up giving him mine which fits his head well and I took this one.

Not great needs to be designed better
My head doesn't fit this so it kept slipping off which makes it rather pointless. I swear my head is a normal shape, LOL.

Schifosissimo e non eliminabile odoraccio di solvente cinese che impedisce anche solo di valutarne l'utilità. Reso. Non è possibile respirare quella roba e non fa bene alla salute di sicuro. Che barba, magari funzionava......

Non serve al mio problema di russamento é scomodo ed inutile. Non ho risolto nulla messo qualche sera ma niente di fatto!

Abandoned in favour of a multi-strap design which works much better for me
Didn't work for me. Ear holes are in the wrong place for me and it didn't stay in place on my head. Abandoned in favour of a multi-strap design which works much better for me.
