Does Its Job
A relatively simple, straightforward product that does exactly what it is supposed to do. It holds a variety of binoculars and allows you to attach them to a tripod head (or monopod). It’s frankly much steadier than any of the tripod attachments I’ve ever been sent with a pair of binoculars. You also don’t have to worry about whether or not your binocular is threaded for an adapter. You simply set them on the firm, cushioned surface and then Velcro strap them into place. If you have giant porro prism binoculars, you’ll probably want to check the dimensions to see if they fit. My one slight ding is that I wish there was a way to get the binoculars even more securely strapped down. I’ve not had a problem at all so far, but I really make sure to crank down on the Velcro strap and make sure I place it in between the focus housing and where the barrels “bell” out to house the objectives. In other words, I strap them in the “valley” between the two in the hopes that they won’t slide forward or backwards if I move the tripod around or tip the head of it too far forward. At any rate, these DO make it a breeze to mount a wide variety of binoculars to a tripod rather quickly. And that’s a good thing. If you haven’t had your bins on a tripod yet, you’ve been missing out. Even lower powers like 6x or 8x benefit from the steadiness and you’ll be amazed how much more detail you can pull out of a scene. You’ll also be much more capable of spotting flaws (and strengths) in your binoculars. Especially if you have something to compare.

Effective Adaptor
My binoculars don't have a threaded hole to allow them to be mounted on a tripod, so I got this adaptor for my trip to the national parks. The adaptor worked well, holding my binoculars securely on the tripod so that I could take pictures.I attached a picture I took at Dinosaur National Park. The lizard petroglyphs were about 1/4 mile away from where I was standing.

Works Ok, but tricky to secure when binos are bent at angle
It is well made and generally works as intended, but there is a caveat. Works best if you can completely flatten your binos and fasten them securely. But for myself (as probably most users) I have to adjust my Nikon trailblaze binos (which don't seem to have a tripod socket) at a comfortable angle to match the distance between my eyes. Then the binos are out of plane and have to be secured with a strip at a lightl tension or they will be flattened. This works ok at small angles of view, but the binos can slip and fall at steep angles, such as when viewing night sky. You may have to secure them additionally for safety. I still decided to keep this mount.

Sturdy.
Just hooked up my binoculars to this tripod mount, and it’s a solid! It’s got a sturdy build and a really secure grip. The mount is super stable, even with the extra weight of my phone attached. It’s a bit on the bulky side, but it does what it’s supposed to do without a hitch. It’s made looking at birds a breeze because I don’t have to worry about my binos wobbling. Plus, it’s pretty easy to use - just clamped it on, and it stayed put. For the quality and steadiness, the price is a total bargain. Definitely recommend if you need your optics to stay put!
