I am impressed by the sound quality of this system!Everything from gaming, to music listening and watching movies was amazing. The sound was clear as well.The auto tune feature on the built in FM radio was awesome as well and setup all the stations that were available in my area!The remote is very responsive and the fact that you can adjust every speaker and the subwoofer individually is amazing!Power switch is in the back but the remote allows you to turn it off( it places it on standby) without having to go into the back!I highly recommend this system to anyone who is looking for a new one or for the 1st time!

TERRIBLE Controls, lack of equalizer or base control, no on/off button - this thing has terrible human interface design. I contacted the company and they were no help. Basically it has one sound - LOUD, no control to reduce base, controls make no sense, and without the remote, you basically cannot do anything. It has decent sound, but after a month it is becoming louder and louder and the base is going up every day to the point it is not usable. Of course my return window closed, so Im stuck with a booming useless stereo.

This system provides brilliant crisp sound although the bass is still overpowering when turned all the way down. It is effortless to set up but does not provide remote codes if you would like to control the volume with your service provider. I for instance am unable to add the Volume up/down or power control to my FireTV max 4k.I have reached out via the provided customer service address and it bounces back as "unavailable."

Surround sound works well. Nice bass

I like watching TV with surround sound and the long speaker's long wires allowed me to place them in the rear and front of the room. I do wish the wires for the side speakers were longer though. I have an older TV so I could not connect the speaker through the HDMI but it does work through the Coaxial. The speakers work well if I am watching something through my ROKU device but they don't work when I am watching regular TV, nor, for some reason HBO max. Also, since I can't pull sound through HDMI I cannot adjust the individual speakers. Nevertheless, the sound is good and I don't feel like I wasted my $$$. When I get a newer TV I'm sure I'll have a better sound experience. The only absolute worst part of this system is the remote which is totally worthless. I have two remotes and neither of them work even when right up in front of the control tower.--- UPDATE: -- i have been using the Bobtot theater system for 16 months now and it has all of a sudden begun to put out obnoxious, buzzing audio. i attempted to troubleshoot and I attempted to get help from the company. They only offered to send me another subwoofer at cost. The audio has not gone back to normal so I know it's not just a fluke. Fortunately, I purchased the 3 year warranty so I submitted a claim. I will now need to look for another system and hope that it will last longer than a year.

Ok the sound is nice. The remote control… a nightmare way too many buttons with obtuse functions. Rande if remote very short and line of sight only. Terrible design actually. The actual display on the sub woofer is tiny. You can’t read it from your couch! And the codes on the display…… your workstation nightmare from computer programming class. This product is a failure.
