I Used to buy salt and oil separately for my Neti pot. This is all in one and the best sinus rinse I’ve used so far! The oil and salt is very soothing and has a wonderful aroma. Some of the other salt rinses say they have buffers but do sting and make my eyes water. This is a quality product, will purchase again.
