Q: How much height adjustment does this offer? 100# rider looking to lower about 1 to 1.5".

approx. 10mm longer on the shock.Unfortunately, it cannot be made to LOWER. Sorry.

Q: Is this for the 2017 Duke 390? Also, when ordering, how would you adjust it? I don't see anywhere to input my weight.

Ohlins only shows fits up to 2016 Duke. It may very well also fit 2017... But Ohlins has not confirmed yet.

The KT301 is a basic shock with no reservoir and limited adjustability
