This was just perfect. Ground flax seed. Ground is the one you want to absorb the nutrients effectively. The price is unbeatable in my opinion. The quality is great. The taste just as expected deliciously nutty. Color is good. Was fresh and organic and the texture was just right. Like I said perfect for what I want in flax seeds. The price though is what I loved the most thanks!!!!

I have been adding this to other food as a way to increase fiber in my diet. Very good price per gram of fiber compared to the alternatives. The taste and texture is fine, don’t notice it at all when it is mixed into things such as yoghurt or oatmeal. The holes in the cap are a bit too small relative to the flax seed, so it can sometimes be a bit hard to get it to come out. Doesn’t really pour, but I have found tapping the side of the container works.

Bottle was a little smushed but that’s not the manufacturers fault, that’s Amazon. Taste like nothing as expected, longevity is good and stays fresh and lasts for ages. Color is healthy, texture as expected and good quality. Great brand, value and choice for flax seed.

Taste fresh and has a long shelf life. Top has 2 different sizes of shaker holes. Would have preferred one side for spooning but like the thoughtfulness. Price for 2 was great.
