Good, worth a try
I initially was looking for a triphala supplement and happened upon this with many other beneficial ingredients, in particular tumeric and bioperene, and decided to give it a try for digestive health.After going through the whole bottle at two a day, five days a week I do genuinely believe it's conferred some clear benefits.That said, I've decided to switch up for value reasons. I'm only really interested in the turmeric and triphala. By purchasing high quality, extract-based supplements of both, it worked out to about $15 a month vs $21 for this product, and I wind up with a larger effective dose of both.I would've likely stuck with this product for the sake of simplicity, but the dose of triphala is not extract based as far as I can tell.I'm on my last week of the Herbalist's Best digestion complex and am moving over to the tumeric/triphala. Curious to note any changes positive or negative, and will report back with findings if they're worth sharing.

Didn't get the same results as others
I have to continue taking IBS MD & another pre/pro biotic with this so... I'm a tough case. May work for others that do not have chronic constipation.

Amazing product!
I was feeling bloated and very gassy after each meal so a few days taking two daily I started noticing the difference. I am feeling myself again. I even went to see the doctor and everything is ok, but the symptoms were still there.Now as I mentioned, I feel so much better. Thank you 🙏I am ordering another bottle.

It works
Bottle came early and as described. Labeling on the product itself is very clear, I like that. I’ve been taking these for a few weeks now and have noticed a difference. I’ve been struggling with digestive issues most of my life, and eat fairly healthy. I cannot recommend this product enough, will be ordering more soon!
