somewhat smaller than expected, but still very cute and fun.

Those picks are adorable! I never make my daughter's school lunch without a variety of picks anymore. I just hope she eats her lunch instead of wasting her precious lunch time debating the cuteness of the picks with her friends around the table..They are sturdy picks, I don't see them breaking anytime soon. The 4 stars is because of the type of plastic they are made of. I have my doubts about it not potentially releasing nasty chemicals into food. Personally, I do not put them in the dishwasher. I wash them by hand and then dip them into a 100ppm bleach solution which sanitizes them in 15 seconds.

Cute but smaller that I though it would be

These are super cute!!! I have a very picky three year old and these are darling. They even have little "tail" details on the back. I took off a star because they are kind of thick...so piercing meat and cheese is ...uh not ideal. They don't stay in super well...and they are tiny so they definitely would pose a choking hazard. But alas, there are just cute enough I would recommend them ---and my daughter loves them, which is the most important part;)

Not big enough

These are very small but cute. These make my kids smile when they see them in their lunches - be careful when washing as they do fit through the holes in the sink drain. Poor little lion - lost down the drain.

i purchased these for rolled deli meat for my son's school lunches, but I also use them to decorate his bento box lunch. I stick them in blueberries or cheese blocks or whatever else is in there. I was concerned that they wouldn't look like the pictures and would have the faces painted crooked or the color would be off, mainly because they are so inexpensive, but they are very cute. I added to pictures of his actual lunches so you can see what they really look like.

So pleased at how cute and colorful these are. The "picks" are really tiny - just big enough to spear a couple grapes, but the plus is that I can pop them on top of my daughter's sandwich and still close the lid to her box. I'm a full time working mama, and it makes me really happy to spend just a couple seconds making her lunch a little more fun to open the next day.
