Q: Does it clash when it contacts something?? and is it sturdy for dueling like adults dueling with it? like if it was part of a larp competition.

It takes some force but be careful because they also break easily. So DON'T larp with it if you want to hit each other's "blades" because this will break. Also if was never $200, the day it went up on Amazon it was already "50% off" so don't be fooled by the price/fake discount

Q: I am with Saber Guild and we do saber shows and there is dualing could they take the hits?

No. These hilts are 7/8" diameter and they are supplied with mid-grade blades. If your temple uses mid-grade or heavy-grade 1" blades, this blade will not hold up. (SG GCC here)

I have not found a way to turn the sound off on these light sabers.
