I have been taking this for around 3 days. I work from home doing medical billing and this has really helped my focus. I also was not scattered like I normally am at the grocery store. The only thing I will say is it makes me extremely sleepy about 3 hrs in. I took at it night and slept like a baby and feel very refreshed. I know we are all different, but this is what worked for me. The only other side effect I have had is pain in legs, but I honestly think its boosting circulation. I have been in search for something that can combat ADD and I think I found the answer. It is pricey, but worth it you get what you pay for. I am excited to see what this does long term. Also helps digestion too. I didn't see that in any of the reviews 😁

I am always looking for good ways to support the brain and body. I saw this and thought it was worth a try. HOW THIS COMES This comes in a really posh gift box. It has a triangular bottle with the small capsules in it filled with oil. SIZE? The pills are easy to take. No issues. ANY DIGESTIVE ISSUES? I have had no problems with digestion or burping taking these. No headaches either. DO THEY HELP? I am not seeing a huge difference when taking these. Some supplements take a few months to see a big difference, and that could be what these are like. THE BOTTOM LINE These are fancy pills and they come in a posh box. I am thinking it might be better to have more pills and less posh for the price. MY RATING FOUR STARS. These are nice and not hard to take, but I am not seeing a huge difference after almost taking one bottle. I am not sure I would invest in these again. I don't think they are terrible, however. Just not helping me in a big way right now.

I take this at night, the first night I slept very hard, but it was extremely hard to wake up for work I was very very tired. This day I was groggy and extreme brain fog worse but possibly because of the deep sleep. Day 2 I took earlier right after dinner, it did not put me to sleep, the next day I did not notice any energy or cognitive advancement. Day 3 it helped digestion which is a huge plus because I suffer from IBS but I woke up with a horrible headache. Day 4 still had a headache but not as bad. The cognitive did not improve still. Day 5-7 the same. I work in coding and billing so I really needed cognitive improvement and fast thinking unfortunately it has not helped with that yet. It’s possible I need to keep taking it. Digestion is worth taking!!!

I take this supplement daily. My work requires a high degree of focus and, I believe, after having taken this supplement for a couple of months now, it contributes to up-keeping a high degree of performance in this respect. Would certainly recommend it to others seeking this benefit or something similar.

This product seems to work. I have trouble concentrating at times when my workload gets too hectic. These pills have helped with the brain fog for sure. I noticed results after a day or two.
