Warwood 45430 Manhole Cover Lifter Bar

This is the best manhole hook I have ever owned, & I have owned many.Pros:- Good Length- Very Sturdy, haven't found a cover yet I feel like will bend it.- Tapered Head - Seriously, this head is perfect for any manhole AND for the smaller handhole openings. I've always had to carry 2 hooks before & this one does everything.- No crappy paint that will chip off.Cons:Its possible people with VERY large hands will find the handle too small. Its fine for me, & I wear extra large gloves. But people whose grandfather were literal grizzly bears may find it a little tight.

This is the only cover hook I have had that does not bend. All the others will bend at the hook if the lid is stuck. This thing is super strong and I loved it. Unfortunately, after using it every day for a long time I lost it the other day. It will be missed.

Very good hook. Have used many over the past twenty years great price too. Very happy.
