Smooth, Dark Writing with Excellent Smudge Resistance
I've been using these Uni 0.5mm 2B lead refills in my mechanical pencils, and they've been excellent for both writing and sketching. The lead writes smoothly with a rich, dark line that makes notes easy to read without requiring much pressure. What stands out most is the durability and smudge resistance. Even though 2B lead is typically softer, these refills hold up well and don't break as easily as some other brands I've tried. The writing experience feels consistent from start to finish, with minimal skipping or uneven marks. The sliding case is convenient and easy to carry in a pencil pouch or backpack, and having three packs provides plenty of refills for long-term use. The included Kanji LOVE sticker is a fun little bonus. Overall, this is a high-quality lead refill set that delivers reliable performance for students, professionals, and anyone who enjoys writing with mechanical pencils.

Premium attention to detail.
I am very impressed by the attention to detail in this seemingly simple product. The lead leaves a darker mark than usual, and lasts pretty well for 2b. Fits all my 0.5mm pens great. The case is well thought out and a joy to use. Pretty good value for such quality.Long past are my days of dumping out a whole case of lead sticks only to grab one.

Best pencil lead
I have been using this lead for a few years now and it has gotten me through multiple exams and I used to buy it from other websites but itโs great that it is available on Amazon. Itโs much cheaper here and the lead is smooth and is nice and dark so it is legible and good for exams and homework.

Nice, smudge free leads, good for lefties!
These are really strong leads. The 2B color is a bit lighter than another brands 2B (it's closer to an HB shade), but this one smudges so much less, almost to the point where it doesn't smudge at all.I had to really work at it to get it to smudge.I am using these in a new Kuru Toga pencil I just got and while I am having issues with the pencil ( I am left handed and the lead rotation is for right handers). the leads themselves are really nice and I would buy them again.

BEST LEAD EVER
The best lead ever, hands down. Just like the lancer EVO(also mitsubishi) these leads are smooth and break resistant. Not only that but the case is so cool with how it opens and a very nice fidget

Good stuff but a bit pricey
10/10 pencil lead. Kinda expensive tho

All-Arounder for mechanical pencils
Writes smoothly and doesn't break when I give my mechanical pencil two clicks. Some people complain about durability but that's because of the amount of lead they click out of their pencils. No smudges, writes dark and has plenty to last.

Sort of waxy. Otherwise good.
Writing with this is like writing with a thin, hard piece of wax. It's still reasonably smooth, not Pilot Neox smooth but reasonably smooth. The "smudgeproofness" is more like smudge-resistant, at least at 2B. But I would still consider it very useful for two reasons:1. It smudges less than most other 2B leads.2. It greatly reduces lead buildup on your hands/fingers.It's also seems more break resistant. Most decent leads (Uni, Pilot, Pentel Ain Stein, what have you) don't have any real issues unless you have a damaged tip or the grip of an angry seven year old, but I've had less breaks with my rather heavy hand than I would have with other 0.5mm leads.Overall, good lead. Lead is pretty subjective so there's no way you'll know you'll like it until you shell out $10 bucks to try it, but it isn't dreadful and it is at least moderately smudge-resistant.
