Q: Was the formula changed? I’ve loved this product for some time and it leaves my hair so soft but this last bottle I got dried out my hair.

I noticed the exact same with the latest bottle I purchased. Completely dried my hair out and can’t even run a pick through it. Definitely different formula than previous bottles.
