Worth every penny! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A yoga mat wide enough and thick enough for men or heavier people *by D***. on 11 December 2024* This mat is quite heavy, but the extra width and thickness is exactly what I needed and what I found lacking in other cheaper mats. The thickness protects from the hardness of the floor even when lying in your side, and I weigh around 100 KG/16 stone. The width is broad enough that I can roll onto my side without my shoulder rolling off the mat. It is long enough that a 6 foot tall person can just about lie on it without their feet sticking out from the mat. The mat also has a good non slip/grippy surface, which makes stretching on it easier. It also came with a couple of yoga straps which double as a carry handle.
