Very Bad battery and the phone is bigger than the photo and the box received in a total mess everything was open and damaged

I buy these for my dad he loves them and it’s easy for him to use. He can easily look for contacts, check text messages and make calls. Screen is large and easy to read. Has an SOS button on the back he can press and it texts me that he needs help. You can set it in settings. It doesn’t have a screen on the front but I believe you can set it up to answer once you press the call button - that way you can view who is calling before answering. If you needed too it does have WhatsApp, Skype and a browser option for the internet. My dad uses it for the basics and finds it easy to use. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an affordable unlocked flipped phone. Works perfectly fine with t-mobile in the US and Mexico. Seller has great customer service, I had an issue with the phone and contacted them and they fixed my problem. I’m happy and will continue purchasing these phones for my dad. The battery last a long time, it’s affordable and even has a camera.

Hola el whatsapp no funciona no lo puede abrir, primero me dicen que actualize la fecha Y Tampoco funciona , me entero que tengo que actualizar el sistema ya esta echo y tampoco funciono. cuando descargo wats no me lo permite abrir lo intente de MIL maneras y no logro que se wat funcione .

Bought this phone for my 83 year old mother in law as her flip phione needed an upgrade due to diconnecting 3G. Worked for less than a year. Tried swapping with a new SIM card as she had hers for a while. Even put my current working SIM card in her phone and still would not connect with the net work. Unfortunately my elderly mother in law cannot adapt to a smart phone and needs a flip phone. This worked only for a short time
