Fantastic addition to cleaning equipment
The mop is fantastic on porcelain tiles and laminate. My kitchen is large and open plan and I zip through the cleaning with this device. It leaves no excess water on the floor and cleans without leaving streaks behind. The mop head detaches easily to pop in the washing machine. Yes, it is expensive but I think it is worth every penny. I have also had excellent customer service from Leifheit. Highly recommended.

Really easy to use mop system
I like how easy it is to use. The method to wash the mop head and wring it out is fast and easy. It is also good for older people / partially disabled, because you do not require much strength and can keep both feet on the ground for balance as you do the wash & wring :)

Not difficult to assemble but instructions are very poor.
Have just received this product and assembled it in about 20 minutes however for the price of this item I think they could provide a much better construction guide. The online video is also misleading as the inner dark green basket-like spinner on the bucket is shown to align right to the top of the outer light green spinner assembly and I found this to be an impossible position to achieve. It has dropped down a little and unless it rises as it performs it’s spinning action I can’t see any way that it will sit at the level shown in the video. Also be aware that popping the flat mop head onto the mop fitting takes quite a bit of thumb pressure so I’m afraid that now mine is fitted it’ll be on for quite a while! The whole idea of the equipment is good and it all seems very sturdy with the bucket being very manoeuvrable with the attached wheels. Still think it is a pricey piece of kit hence 4 stars but worth it if it makes floor washing a less tedious job.

Excellent Product. Of course
Excellent Product. Of course, you need to treat it with care. The quality of floor cleanliness is superior compared to traditional mop - dries fast and no streaks. The twits system is easy to use. All in all while expensive - great product. I hate cleaning so having this mop makes it less of a dreaded chore...

Exactly what I was looking for!
The product is amazing, can not be better. Very good quality!! The main thing why I'm happy is - I don't need every single time to soak my hands and twist it, it does for you. I can clean my house much faster, I love it. Thank you for fast service.

A Transformer Disguised as a Mop and Bucket! Sadly it's Expensive and Fiddly
I received this item for free as part of Amazon Vine. This doesn't affect my review in any way.Possibly the most fancy mop in existence. Now, you may be wondering, "Why would I pay over £50 for a mop and bucket?"Whereas a Dyson vacuum cleaner contains several innovations which genuinely are helpful, I struggle to see how this mop is significantly better than a cheap basic wooden mop and metal bucket. The height of this mop is adjustable, though I have to say I've never found the height of a mop to be a problem. The white mopping pad (head) attaches to the mop with little poppers which keep it in place. The item I received came with just one pad, but there are several different ones available which are designed for cleaning different types of floor. Whether they make much of a difference over the standard pad is hard to tell without using them. The "killer feature" of this mop is that you can place the mop head into the bucket and then push down on the mop handle - this makes the mop head spin very fast in the bucket. The idea is that the centripetal force makes the water shoot out to the edges of the bucket where it can drain downwards. Imagine the way your washing machine's spin dryer works and you get the picture.Sadly I'm not sure if this spinning action is anything more than a gimmick. With a standard mop, you just twist the mop head into the drainer part of the bucket and push down. That gets sufficient water out of the mop so you can continue cleaning. I'm not convinced this Leifheit system offers a significant drying advantage. But it is fun for a few minutes! The bucket is on wheels for easy manoeuvrability. However, I've never had a problem moving a bucket full of soapy water along a hard floor - you either shove it with your foot or just... wait for it... pick it up using the handle. The more moving parts a product has, the greater the potential for things to go wrong. You're supposed to easily be able to "snap" the mop head between its flat shape (for mopping the floor) and a more collapsed shape so the mop head fits inside the bucket. However, in practice I found I wasn't able to easily switch the mop between these two modes. You're supposed to stand on a little flap. This quickly became frustrating. Perhaps with more practice it'll get easier. But, by comparison, I remember getting to grips with all the fiddly bits on our Dyson vacuum much quicker and more reliably.Overall, I can't help feeling this mop and bucket system is over-designed. The spinning drying system might be a handy way to distract naughty children for a few minutes, but I feel the designers have solved several problems with this product which didn't really need solving.Buy this if you like gimmicky household products that adjust, spin and collapse like a Transformer, but don't expect this to be as reliable and easy to use as a Dyson.
