When our internet was upgraded this year, our cameras no longer worked. I replaced the DVR box with this one. World of difference! Easy setup on my tv screen, iPhone, and Laptop. Also included in the package were several booklets with clear instructions on each step. Tigersecu, keep doing what you're doing!

Easy to install, plug and play. Simply unplugged old system that went out due to thunderstorm and multiple power outages. Install the new Tiger system out of the box with no problems. Thanks!!!!!

For the price, I am OK with the mediocre video quality this product enables. However, the Tigersecu HD Viewer App is utter garbage compared to other apps I've used with other products. It does not have the ability to quickly identify when events happened. You have to search for them. I'd prefer to quickly see on past recorded videos when events happened. The worst of it is that after few weeks of use, it disabled my viewing and requested permissions to my local pictures and videos on my mobile device. WHY?! Why would a CCTV app need access to my pictures and videos from my phone. No need for that and unless I grant these permissions, I can no longer use the app. It worked fine the first few weeks. This is incredibly frustrating and intrusive. This is an incredibly basic device and total disappointment of an app. Look elsewhere; I shall as well.

I bought this unit to replace my old unit that the hard drive did not work anymore. It was easy plug in play.

We were struggling to get it on our phones, they called us back the next day and walked us through it. Great customer service! Great product for the money!

This thing has zero motion sensitivity control. A fly will set off an alert. I am contemplating returning unless sensitivity can somehow be adjusted.
