How many years I have to change a new one?

Obviously it depends on your usage and water quality but in our case, with approx. 10 people using our water fountain on a daily basis the filters last about 24 months. I can tell you that the plastic hoses we use for incoming and outgoing water on the filter were originally a translucent white color. The incoming hose has turned a yellowish color while the outgoing has remained pristine white!!!

Will this product fit an everpure quick change qc4 water filter?

yes. ...but that head unit is OLD and is prone to leaking. ...you need a new head unit. thank you. - j

Will this fit an H-200?

I believe it will, but can't say for sure. I think I have an H-200 but have been using this commercial filter as it lasts much longer and filters up to 3000 gallons. Google the filter and see if the cartridges have cross reference numbers. Good luck.
