The pendants are beautiful and well made. The only negative I have is that two pendants did not have felt inserts for the essential oils. I will have to go to the store to buy heavy felt and make them myself. Disappointed

Quite large,and heavy. Felt inserts used for essential oils were bright, garish colors (w/one missing its liner completely). Returned. Shipping and packaging satisfactory. Return policy helpful and hassle-free
