I went to John Cummutas Debt free & Prosperous seminar back in 99’ and it was the greatest thing ever. I’ve used it to stay debt free since, but F-d up the wealth building part. Fast forward to 2018- over 40, no job, broke, but debt free. I need to catchup financially due to 20 years of shitty financial management. Searching everywhere to raise my money IQ and stumble on to this book. The book gets 4 stars because it’s a lead generator vs a total explanation. However, it’s good enough for me to implement the system. And so far the system is amazing. I’ll update this review when I’m rich bish. Honk honk

I've sold Permanent Life Insurance policies back when I had my license for a little over a year and I even have one myself. And I've read books and articles to further understand all the terminology with the whole process, words that seem to be in a foreign language to us everyday people, and the verbiage of the quarterly statements, so I had a good understanding about policies going into this book. I knew most of the advantages of having one, but I was never taught how to build wealth with it the most efficient and proper way with the company I represented, or thought about the ingenious way John has come up with this method of accumulating wealth! It completely makes sense to me and I'm excited to implement it into my family legacy! I wholeheartedly enjoyed this book and I literally couldn't wait to read it every time I had a spare moment! MUST MUST MUST GET to expand your knowledge outside the traditional outlook of investing and what most people tell you.

Nothing new if you've read similar books on the topic. Explain the general concept and try and get leads for insurance sales.

Great read with good info in regards to creating wealth for you and your family. I recommend this book to everyone to gain knowledge on setting up your own Bank.

For anyone looking for a truly safe way to grow and protect money for retirement, this book is awesome! If you're having any discomfort in facing your own life after employment, this book is a must read. Written by an author who's been teaching on this topic for decades. Read it! Use it!

Cummuta writes a good introduction to the world of high cash value/low death benefit, dividend paying whole life insurance and how they can be used as a personal financing system. Very good for those new to the concept and will get you excited enough to do more research. Like many books in this genre,though, it is lacking in nuts and bolts of how to best make the system work if you are new to these strategies.

I have been reading about these types of whole life insurance policies for a few years. This book really explains what they are and how they work. I highly recommend this book.
